Reimbursement Guidelines

• Round-trip airline, bus or train tickets (economy): up to $800. Any class above economy, including business class, can not be reimbursed.

• Round-trip transportation between the Ottawa airport/train station/terminus and the Ottawa Marriott Hotel: up to $100 ($50 x 2).

• For travels by car: parking at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel, plus gas reimbursed at $0.59/km based on the total round-trip distance.
