Eligible Reimbursements for CHEER, MICYRN&Rarekids-CAN AGM 2025
After the event MICYRN will process reimbursement for all groups, so if you are attending multiple days or events, you only need to submit your expenses once. You will be required to upload a PDF of all receipts when submitting your claim, so please retain ALL relevant receipts. Credit card statements are not sufficient for backup.
Please submit your reimbursement no later than April 30, 2025.
Eligible Expenses:
Flights: Roundtrip economy flights to Ottawa International Airport (YOW) up to $1,000. Business class will not be refunded.
Rail Travel: Roundtrip economy rail tickets to Ottawa up to $400.
Travel in Ottawa: Roundtrip travel (transit/taxi/Uber) between the airport or rail station in Ottawa to the hotel up to a total of $100 ($50 each way). Please note we do NOT cover any expenses on transportation between your home to/from airport or rail station.
Parking at the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Downtown for local delegates.
*Please note:
- Hotel: Please note that you do not need to submit any hotel receipt for reimbursement, as the payment has already been covered by us at check-in. You will be responsible for additional nights outside of those required specific to your meeting schedule.
- Food and beverage expenses: outside of MICYRN/Rarekids-CAN provided during the event can NOT be reimbursed, including any meals during travel.
